Kevin Liu earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego in Political Science with a concentration in Public Law. Kevin graduated in three years, and took part in various student organizations and activities including UNICEF while at UCSD and the Taiwanese American Student Association. He was also an active member with the Future Business Leaders of America.

After working as a legal support staff at a private law office, Kevin resumed his education and attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. At Hastings, Mr. Liu served as a Staff Editor on the Hastings Business Law Journal and took on an active leadership role in the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.

Prior to joining CHH Law, Kevin worked as an associate attorney at a renowned local law firm, where his practice was focused on general litigation and bankruptcy. Kevin has extensive experience in conducting Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, in addition to working with clients in avoiding mortgage foreclosures.

When Kevin joined CHH Law, P.C., Kevin initially was handling solely all the bankruptcy matters. However, as the practice has grown, Kevin now focuses his practice on bankruptcy, family law, and business law.

In his spare time, Mr. Liu enjoys running and hiking in addition to playing basketball about four times a week. He also volunteers with local community outreach programs and does pro bono legal work. Kevin is proficient in Chinese Mandarin.
